We provide laundry services from regular wash and fold, dry cleaning, house cleaning and some minor clothes alterations. We also have laundry pick-up and delivery service which are mostly offered to Ann Arbor residents and University of Michigan campus students.

Our laundry services are created especially for you and we will take care of your laundry needs all year round. The Clothesline is here to help you with your busy schedules, and you’ll have one less thing to worry about.

We also offer one time laundry service for a $ 1.25/lb (min. of 10 lbs/transaction). Please call us at (734) 663-0041 or you may drop off your laundry at our downtown store at 402 Maynard St. Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104.

How will you know you wash the right clothes of the right person?

Ans: To assure we don’t lose any of your clothes, each client’s clothes are dealt individually or separately throughout the whole process.

If I sign-up with you, do I have to provide my own laundry bag?

Ans: The Clothesline will provide you  with a laundry bag with your name and address on it.

Can I upgrade my laundry plan anytime?

Ans: Yes, you can upgrade anytime just give us a call.

What if I exceeded my plan limit weight per week?

Ans.: You will be charge an extra $1/lb.

What if I miss my pick-up schedule?

Ans:  If you miss the pick-up & delivery schedule, just call (734) 663-0041 and we will arrange another pick-up schedule  for you or you can drop off your laundry at our downtown store @ 402 Maynard, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

How can I make an appointment for house and apartment  cleaning?

Ans: If you wish to have your house or apartment  clean, just call The clothesline Store ahead of time to make an appointment.

Do I have to be around during the cleaning time?

Ans.: It is the option of our clients if they wish to be around or not.  Our cleaning staffs are flexible.

Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

Ans.  All Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by The Clothesline. However, if the clients requested to provide their own cleaning supplies, we will be pleased to use your own preferred products.

For our some minor clothes alterations, just bring your clothes in our store or just call us for more details.

The Clothesline has a delivery and pick-up service and when you sign-up with us,we will provide you with our personalized laundry bag with your name and address for better handling of your clothes.

After you sign-up one of our staff will personally call you for you schedule.

Our Standard turn-around time is 2 days, like pick-up on Monday –delivery on Wednesday and Pick-up on Tuesday – delivery on Thursday.

In case we don’t meet your personal schedule, just contact us for special arrangement.
